Gordon Property Management has definitely made life as a renter a lot more convenient. I like that they are quick to respond to any issues/concerns that we have about our apartment. The problems that come up are rarely a quick resolve and require follow ups. Gordon Property Management kept us up to date with any new progress and followed up with third party vendors until the matter was resolved. There was only once incident where a representative accidentally entered our apartment unannounced when a neighbor reported an issue at their apartment. Outside of that I have no complaints and only praise for the service we have received.

Gordon property management has been pretty good to us over the last year. When we’ve needed repairs, they are prompt in helping. When we have questions and concerns they have been responsive. There has only been one issue that hasn’t been resolved quickly but I am sure it will be closed out soon. Based on the way other issues have been handled, I trust it will all work out. Overall I cannot complain about GPM!

I can honestly say I've never experienced such efficiency and responsiveness with a property management service before. Online requests for repairs and service go answered in under 24 hours and every experience has been entirely pleasant, with top-notch service providers.

Easy to work with. Only lived here 2 weeks and already a lot better at getting back to us regarding maintenance requests etc. than our last property management company. Glad to have Gordon property management!

I've had a postive experience dealing with the company. Searching for real estate in SF is a soul sucking process, but my interactions were positive and professional. I felt good about the experience and that the leasing agent was helpful in the process.

We had a faucet leak in our bathtub. The plumber arrived promptly and was friendly and got right to work. He fixed our leak and we haven't had a problem since. The only mild negative that happened was that we didn't know he was coming when he arrived. We got a message to call to set up a time, and before we had a chance to call back he showed up.
