Prompt and thorough

I am not sure whom I am reviewing - Gordon Property or the vendors who caused the problem in the first place. The issue was resolved promptly enough, but I don't understand why it happened in the first place. Why would you place a large pile of dirt under the trash chute so that the trash bin could not possibly be placed under it? Trash was all over the place from tenants above who understandably were oblivious to the fact that their trash was spilling all over the ground. How easily this could have been avoided by using some common sense.

Gordon Property Management has exceeded my expectations. Be it a work order, question, or concern-I get a prompt response. I have mainly worked with Nanette, who aside from being great at her job, is a kind person. She made every step (from the application process to daily living Parkridge Drive) a breeze. For example, I had two plumbing issues that were resolved within 2 hours. Needlesstosay, I am very pleased!
