GPMSF responds immediately to maintenance requests. The agents, the contractors are friendly, polite and thorough, and they follow through. Been in this building many years and this is the best most effective service.

The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. I notified Gordon and the next day it was fixed. It works fine now. Good, prompt service.

When we moved into the apartment the front windows were plexiglass and also had issues with the hand cranks to open and close them. GPManagement set us up with a great local company that was able to complete the work and did a great job. Although it took longer than expected after moving in, the work is done and we are happy with the final product.
