We are satisfied with the average times from request to completing for our maintenance issues. It would however be appreciated if more could be done for the water pressure in the building.

The response to my issues were handled in a timely manner. Everyone is totally proactive in getting things righted. Anytime I have questions or want to know progress of a request, I receive a phone call/email almost immediately.

I had nothing but positive experiences with Gordon Property Management when we lived in one of their properties. Queries were promptly answered, maintenance was easy to request and schedule, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
