Really enjoyed these folks as our property manager (we were renters). Everything was classy and professional. When something broke a real professional came to fix it (not some friend of the landlord). They where respectful and easy to work with. Probably my best landlord/tenant relationship yet.

GPM has always provided prompt, courteous and effective service to myself as a tenant in SF. Courtesy is key in this day of compromised personal service. I rarely give five stars as one needs something for which to strive.

I always like to be present when maintenance work is done inside my unit. The management company was very flexible in setting up the appointment. The maintenance technician arrived within the agreed-upon time slot. And, all work was performed professionally and courteously, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. This was a very pleasant experience.

The work I requested was for general area, and that has been completed (the changing of the lights due to daylight savings). The other item was the leak in the Taraval garage, which has been photographed and will be presented to Gordon Property.
