The worked provided inside of the apartment on April 12th and 13th is complied, was done professional. The worker of Carlson team made the window in the kitchen completely sealed; he left the the space, where he worked, clean. Thanks

Replacement of stove accomplished - refrigerator has not been replaced due to space constraint. Likely remedy is to remove cupboard above current refrigerator, or have plumbers add a gas line in the location of the refrigerator and switch the location of the stove and the fridge. Lets get this done!

GPM responded and sent a vendor to address plumbing issue. The plumber was nice and seemingly thorough. Plumber recommends the pipe be re-installed, though, otherwise the issue will arise again. The pipe was not installed properly the first time and water is forced to travel ‘up’ causing negative pressure. Which is all to say that GPM will ultimately be judged on its ability to follow through to complete the job.

As a resident in SF, working with GPM has been an excellent experience. Their responses are always prompt and empathetic. Nanette is a great communicator, and truly a pleasure to connect with each time. John, one of their repairmen, is super nice and does great work. For sure the best property management company I've ever had.
