The technician was helpful with his advice going forward to me . While some minor issues were discovered may need to be fixed in the future I am advised to monitor the dishwasher!’s effectiveness going forward and am in the process of doing this. I have been advised that the less than hot water temperature problem that I see continuing does not appear to be related to the effective working of the dishwasher. At this time I am monitoring this hot water problem that continues and running the dishwasher only when the water in the faucet is sufficiently hot. Last night it took me over 30 minutes running the water prior to receiving hot water from the tap. I suggest that the problem that exists is coming from the water heater connected to my apartment not functioning correctly as the same problem occurs in the bathroom.

The digital scheduling was convenient, but I never actually heard a confirmation of when the person was coming, or came, until a fair amount later. I noticed the issue fixed when I got home, but that may have felt a little unsettling.

GPM is quick to help with any maintenance issues and the staff is really nice to work with. We appreciate how fast they are to respond while also giving us space in our everyday lives.

In the last several weeks, GPM has been very communicative, forthcoming and clear with me about arrangements and scheduling of plumbing repairs and refrigerator replacement. Notices about regularly scheduled PM visits to the building and unit visits also clear and collaborative.

I recommend Gordon Property Management. As a renter, I've rented via Gordon Property for six years now, and have found the experience to be really quite good overall. Typically issues I raise are resolved by the next business day, and the agency does not kick the can down the road or try and delay maintenance, which I find frustrating when dealing with other propety agencies in the past (although that can also be due to how proactive the landlord is too). In terms of day-to-day management, my experience has been good also. Fire alarm inspections and property inspections are handled correctly and with proper notice. The platform they use for raising issues and for paying rent I have had no problem (Eg incorrect payments, etc) with in the time I've used it. The common areas are usually well looked after in terms of gardens and bins etc.

Move in was seamless and the few minor corrections in the house were rectified immediately. Very happy with the team.
