We've experienced great success in the last year with the management of our Parkside District rental home by Gordon Property Management. Our tenant of 4 years moved out late October and the GPM team assessed what needed to be done in preparation for a new tenant, accomplished it, photographed the property, prepared the description, went live and from a range of rental applicants, Tierney Solorio of GPM brought us our new, qualified tenant moving in 12/15. We appreciate the great customer communication & services that Tierney, and the GPM team are providing and we are grateful to have our property managed by them!

Laundry room problems are constantly happening.

The response was prompt. I felt like things were getting taken care of. My only feedback is a quick heads up if there are changes or repair folks are overloaded and need to push follow up to later time.

GPM always seems to hire the best vendors. We recently had a huge project, upgrading the fire alarm system in the building and in our individual apartments. The two guys who did the work were extremely efficient, respectful of my property, and willing to help us older ladies my moving furniture to get to the area they needed to work, helping one elderly neighbor change a lightbulb, and carrying up a package. They were a delight.

We appreciated the responsiveness in getting service requests completed.

Very reactive and supportive team! When we moved our flat was a bit old and needed lots of small updates. We still have some ongoing after a few months. But overall, they were all very well managed by Gordon's team.
