No hassle, there was an issue with our washer and management was quick to look for a repair. Unfortunately there were no available parts so the washer was quickly replaced!

I am genuinely delighted with my living situation at 235 Oak St Unit 12. The building manager, Jolson, is incredibly attentive and responsive, which adds to my overall satisfaction with this studio. However, I have noticed that my window lacks proper security, doesn’t have mosquito net and with the weather getting warmer, I find myself dealing with an influx of flies and mosquitoes from outside. It would be greatly appreciated if you could install a mosquito net on my large window to address this issue.

Gordon Property is responsive and professional. I am happy with that. I would love to give GPM a 5-star rating, but handling the owner-to-tenant has been incredibly cumbersome and takes multiple emails and maintenance requests. If the owner is using GPM as the source of communication with the tenants, then a better contract must be signed between the owner and GPM to allow GPM to make decisions and do their job on behalf of both parties. It is NOT helpful when GPM assigns maintenance, and then I have the owner's "personal" handly man WALK INTO MY APARTMENT UNANNOUNCED while I work from home or have guests over. It is breaking the LAW (NO 24-hour announcement), AND being female with a female daughter is borderline harassment. Thankfully, my daughter, guest, and I have always been dressed. Other female renters in my complex have stated the same, and there are no repercussions. Just "We are sorry; it's the owner's fault." I don't care whose fault it is; it has happened thrice in 2 years and is against the law.

Everything was taken care of excellently!!! The manager of our complex, Lisa Butler goes above and beyond to make sure that all of the tenants are happy living here and also does an outstanding job in keeping the property maintained meticulously!
