dealership said my claims were valid. said I did not ask for a regular full sized spare tire to match the other four. I have never had a toy spare in any automobile since I was in high school. They are junk and an accident waiting to happen. I only asked for two things in order to purchase automobile and was told it would be done. I trusted and never checked or questioned. That was a mistake. I had a flat and found out my spare was a toy tire. I now will have to find a regular tire and rim so My wife and I have a spare when we travel. The dealership was untruthful and dishonest.

I was not given a time frame that it would take. I was not informed throughout the time that I was there about when it would be ready or anything. The person spoke to me when I arrived and when I left. That is the only time that I was given any information. They take good care of you and your car. I've gone a couple of times and i have been pleased. I've had an appointment both times.

The process of scheduling online was not the issue. The issue was that there was no record of it in the system when I arrived on the day of the appointment. The "no" selections above are not because the facility wasn't clean or because there wasn't parking. The facility was clean and there is plenty of parking. The "no" selections are for organization. I think the overall layout needs to be examined and adjusted so that it's obvious how you should enter and where you should go once you do enter. I also don't know if there even was WiFi. I wasn't verbally offered it, so I selected "no" in the listings above. As I said on the earlier page, check in is kind of confusing. The physical set up of the Customer Service desks lends to that confusion. Normal procedure seems to be to pull your car into the garage area and enter the building from there, but when you do that, you're right on top of the desks and unsure how to proceed. The actual work done on the vehicle is first rate. There are no issues there. The issues are with checking your vehicle in and knowing exactly where you're supposed to go and who you should speak with. There's really not any signage to tell you and the physical set up is a little confusing. I also attempted to schedule my appointment online, but when I got there that morning, there was no record of it in the system.

The place is a mess. Hard to find under construction and the parking lot is in bad condition.
