Broken chairs in the waiting /lobby area and they looked like chairs that should be replacedI went outside looking for my vehicle to see where it was parkedThe problem was after the greeting my vehicle sat in the waiting area for over hour and a half, other cars that came after mine was being pulled to the area to have their car serviced. I went outside and asked one of the techs how long for my car is serviced he stated that he asked other employees about my car and he stated no one knew anything so my car just sat in waiting area. No one bothered to come in the lobby to ask who owns the car that was just sitting there.

Everyone that I work with was wonderful even the ones that I didn’t work with was nice my overall experience was good and I will recommendI rated 10 became salewoman Daija worked hard getting me into a car
