The area is kind of small and dated, but it had the features necessary.My visit did not require alternate transportation. They should not be dinged for this.Visit was handled promptly, and had no issues at all. Service writer was friendly and courteous.

Gossett Mitsubishi is a great service provided. The staff is helpful and the waiting area is comfortable.I generally don't do recommendations, however, if someone asks I will provide a glowing review!

It took over 2 weeks to get my car back for recalls and brakes.Took over 2 weeks to get my vehicle back. for basic services.Overall, I think Mitsubishi is fine, I do not appreciate cheap parts used and parts going bad way before they should.Danielle, my rep was very helpful in getting my concerns addressed.
