Customer service was great.

Sold vehicle while in service department for nearly a monthI arranged to take off from work early to drive to the dealership to sell my car. Got there only to discover they had nobody available to sign a check, despite that I had made the appointment for that specific purpose. This necessitated me driving another 2 hour round trip a second time to take care of what should have been a very simple process. Very unprofessional.I ended up selling my car to the dealership before they completed service and bought another vehicle

Mia was not a listener and somewhat rude.I did speak with the manger. Although I can’t remember his name at the moment. He was great and the only reason I will be returning.No one told me when I should return for the oil change

In and out on time.They do appointment on time.

Left the dealership at night..next day in the daylight we saw it was not detailed it had sticker mess all over it and there was a bubble in the covering on the grill. Did not want to pull it off so called they said bring it in and they had to order an entire new grill and are still waiting to hear back from anyone. Less than 100 miles in Buy a car in daylightJust would have been nice for them to thoroughly check the car and detail it for us before we left after 4 hours.
