They are in the process of moving to a new location therefore I understand that things are not up to their usual standardsThe staff are very friendly and very professional When I buy a product I am looking for a very good product and customer service. Great customer service will bring me back

Attempted to schedule on line,unable to do so,wouldn't allow me to set date.I had to call and was able to get schedule needed,why bother on line and it's not possibleIn and out on scheduled time

I met one of your fabulous team members whom I am indeed appreciative for be she did an amazing job of helping me out with my last visit. Her name is Taylor. I came in and she greeted me and ask me what was I bringing my vehicle in for. She jump on it and made sure I again left as a satisfied customer. She made sure she kept me up to date on what was going on while I waited as well. My services were done and with her help she over and beyond to check to see what warranties I had to help with my services. I was a happy camper after my services were completed. I know with team members like her will definitely keep the business running proficiently with no problems or worries. I was astound at how short of a time that I had to wait, because it wasnt long at all before I was ready to drive off with security know that my care had been taken care of with no problems.I would definitely recommend Gossett to my friends and family. I have always received good quality service. With the top notch that I have received from each one of my service visit wouldn't be fair if I gave a lesser score. The team of people that I have encounter were phenomenal. I feel that they would get a better service any other place.
