Great customer service.

NoneBetter at greeting the customer when they approach the drive up or walk in facility, rather stand there and ask who can assist me. Very poor in this area.My advisor was very professional and personal approach to the fullest.

It would be nice if the waiting area was a little more comfortable. The chairs were not the most comfortable. It would be good to have a male restroom & a female restroom. It's nice for the area that they haveThe customer service is very good! I do wish that you still vacuumed the drivers side of the vehicle. That was really a plus!

I will let everyone that is looking for a new car, to Gossett and Rodney Smith!GOSSETT IS SO EASY TO Deal with. they made sure we were getting exactly what we needed and wanted! Rodney Smith was so personal and helpful. it took a while to get the finance where we needed it to be,but they made it right for us.

It was a good experience, however time wise, itcould have been better.

I don't have any additional comments. However, my past cars were manufactured by Buick, Chevrolet and Ford. This is my first Mitsu and the dealership oil change experience was great! I enjoyed watching television as well as those passing by the front glass. Customers were equally courteous to each other. Keep up the great work!I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by every employee of Gossett Mitsubishi. I have only had my car for five or six months and this was my first oil change for my Outlander.
