I thought I schedule an appointment but it didn't go through after I drove from novi mi to grande blanc. I'm glad it only took an hour and a half for oil change but I'm also layed back because you never know what can happenReally Jake was awesome opened doors for me because there heavy for me plus he gave me a cup even though my appointment didn't go through he's taken care of me both times and we both had a smile I was cracking jokes and I was happy to know he took care of my outlander sportI've been to grande blanc twice now for an oil change and I'm always happy with my service I was told two hours for my oil change because my online appointment didn't go through well I wasn't there an hour and a half
