I have recommended this dealership to several people.Professional, polite, service people. They are on it, well informed, check the history of my vehicle and keep up on service recommendations. Make me aware of my vehicle stats and what will be needed in the future.

Got right in and service was great

When I picked my vehicle up back in November Dylan, my salesman, took me back to service and introduced me to Jacob, who scheduled my first oil change, which is why i was at the Dealership on Thursday the 29th. My appointment was at 11:00 and I arrived exactly at 11:00. Jacob welcomed me and recognized me. Hard to believe after 2 months, but this kid is special. He told me that they were going to do a full inspection along with the oil change and that it would take 1 hour. He then directed me to the waiting lounge. When my car was ready, he came and took me back to his desk and reviewed the inspection and said you are good to go. I grabbed one of his cards so I can schedule my next appointment with him. When I got in my car it was exactly 12:00. Normally I don't fill these things out, but Jacob is something special and needs to be recognized not only for his energetic personality but his professionalism. Rare traits in one so young. I have been in the car business for 40 years and this is the first new vehicle I have purchased in 25 years. Why? I had heard great things about the dealership from a friend. and was looking for another Used vehicle when I visited in November. But after meeting Dylan and Steve Thomas, the Manager, we bought a new Outlander. They, along with Jacob were fantastic. We will be back!
