Why is an narrative required, if I answered the questions above?Because I was told if you don't rate things a ""10"" they do not get credit for the rating. I would give it a 9 but I will go the extra to give this dealership credit for being friendly and professional. I am confident when I live my vehicle in their hands for service. That is rare for me to say that because I generally do not trust any dealership.
