The interface was a bit confusing to navigate.Blend air door malfunctioning. Compressor relay is bad, or cabin air temperature sensor is bad. Told it was a software issue. Update performed, did not correct issue as it is mechanical.Seat and mirrors moved. This was ok though, I expect it.Fix the problem as it is found. Don’t tell me it’s something that it isn’t and then try to explain it away. I worked for General Motors for 20 years, I’m not ignorant.The initial contact tech came off as if I was bothering him.

My car’s serpentine belt has gotten worse since my last oil change appointment. It struggles badly to start and the belt seems to over overworking itself.

With the time and cost; Should offer free car washNeed weekend service hours.I have to take a day off work each time my car needs service. My local dealership (Southfield) is always booked.I love your dealership but it is a huge inconvenience not having weekend hours

Every time l have been there it's been a very pleasant experience. My adviser was very nice and sweet to me, reminded me of my grandson. A great staff.Always explains everything and very nice.
