Some smudges on the interiorThe length of time it took was less than optimal, we arrived just after the dealership opened at 9 am and left after the dealership closed. I know it wasn’t our salesman’s fault, as it seemed to be the admin/back officeThere are so many pop-ups that come up with each visit and the mobile display can make it hard to view certain filters

Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Grand Blanc Mitsubishi. The staff was courteous, patient, and made the process smooth from start to finish. If there’s any opportunity for improvement, it might be to provide a clearer online estimate of financing options or trade-in values ahead of time.
