It has gotten better than it was 3 years ago. The maintenance guys are helpful. Just praying the rent doesn't go up with all of the inflation, gas and all. Seniors don't get a raise in the middle of the year regardless if our bills go up.

Grand oaks love the environment and office staff they really made sure I was comfortable and good with everything

With the resent snow storm and the ice around the side walks and on the parking spots it's been very dangerous getting around to our vehicle. There should be more done to make it safe. The trash of course is an ob going problem, so many people eather don't know how to use the trash compactor or just choose to be irresponsible.

I have been trying to get pest control to come spray my apartment since may of 2025 and yet no one has showed up. Everytime i talk to the rental office its a different excuse. Im seriously thinking about taking them to court for this

I think the cars at the entrance makes the community looks a bit dis advantage

The only downside is I wasn’t able to move into a 3 bedroom because of how the voucher works. I have a 16 year old son and two small daughters that should have a room of their own. Other than that, we love the community.

Trash being all in front of dumpster is embarrassing when company pull up

The trash issue here is awful. We need another system put in place so trash isn’t always on the ground. Maintenance needs to respond quicker to request.

This time I got service which my last work order was not done I hate the brushes around my porch tall coming through the rails not clean underneath front window blind need to be replaced under underneath
