The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable with fast response time let me view the property without being on my back

This community is $1800 a month. The only thing I see is a swimming pool for these children. The playground ain’t enough for the kids to even go out and enjoy. You have no grills. You have no community socials. I know the tenants may have a lot to do with the trash is not taken care of like it used to be the dumpster is looking better. I’ve been told years ago that we were going to have a key so if you want to go into the workout room, haven’t seen that. Haven’t heard anything about it. I haven’t seen any mulch the whole summer in front of our doors the trees don’t look groomed nicely I just don’t understand you ask my opinion. I’m just being honest. I’ve been over here for a while. The staff made me and my daughter feel extremely welcome. Not only did they let me tour but I asked if it was possible to do another tour with my daughter and they had no issue with doing a second one.

The dogs pooping in my area have been a real problem. I have complained numerous times and nothing has been done. I purchased my own no-pooping signs and placed them in the area where all the poop is. Hopefully this will work! This is my only complaint.

Sometimes we get multiple of the same notices via email, but others we don't get notice. We still have not heard if there will be a rate increase July 1 and it is already less than 30 days. Hopefully there will be no increase with the current state of the economy. The office staff is great to communicate with in person and maintenance is very helpful.

It was a great tour. I love the area and the setup of the 55plus community. The leasing consultant was very polite . I hope to back soon
