None at the moment

I’m sad to say that I was surprised to learn that with all of the recent employment interruptions were layoffs and jobs closing, and things like that that grand Oaks Apartments did not have a resource list for families who lost their jobs unexpectedly who could go and find resources to help assist with paying their rent. We are tax credit community. I just thought maybe that grand Oaks would have gotten ahead of the situation and would have had information available to families who are temporarily struggling in the areas of being laid off or fur load or have lost their jobs. I remember when I first moved to grand Oaks the young ladies in the front office always had a list of resources where you could go and find Assistance if it was needed the young lady in the office right now seem to not have resources want to know where there is any resources and she didn’t have a lot of really good helpful information as to how you could go by getting help or additional information from corporate. I was left feeling verydismissed. It was very hurtful and it caused me to feel very concerned for the families who may be struggling in this area and had to deal with her it was very very disheartening.

I've lived here for 8 years and It's quiet and peaceful in my area. The 1problem I have is people not picking up behind their dogs.

I love living at Grand Oaks apts. It’s quiet the Office is very helpful and polite and maintenance is fast. Also have very good lighting at night

The property needs more trash receptacles for residences to dump trash as it becomes difficult to take trash to the compactor , especially on the weekends due to the overflow of trash , which draws animals , insects and an unruly smell .

It is quit here and staff and neighbors are very nice and friendly.

Response to needs and grounds are not good. Need more employee/tenants interaction to feel seen. Please clean neighborhood. Not all office employees are friendly/nice.

Grandoaks is a great place to Live .I Love the Lights out side very niceApartments. The staff is friendly.
