it's a very friendly, caring community of staff from the front office to the dental chair with Dr Kim, every single person made me feel welcomed by greeting me, talking me through the procedure, and letting me know how they can accommodate me.

All of those who helped me were extremely nice and made my dental visit after a long pause very easy. I really appreciate the treatment I received.

First visit. Good so far. No issues.

Arrived for a teeth cleaning after being referred to by my husband who had a seamless first experience. They took X-rays even though I sent in my recent X-rays from my previous dentist that were within 6 months of my appointment. The Dr came in and checked me and then the tech asked when I could come back for a teeth cleaning??!?!?! THATS WHAT I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT FOR!!!! Now I have to block off another morning for a DR appointment :( said they didn’t have time to give me a cleaning? Like what? My husband went in for a new patient appointment AND got the cleaning in the SAME appointment? What’s the deal? They told me they had to see me for an evaluation in order to determine what kind of cleaning I would receive….. a normal 6 month check-up cleaning?! Very disappointed in grapevine dental.

I went in for a dental emergency too left & they focused on everything in my mouth even after I told them?? They pre qualified my insurance and made sure they spent every penny available for x-rays even on the areas I did not want them to focus on.

They were quick and effective about finding issues I was unaware of. They also able to get my next appointments set up around my rather inconvenient schedule.

I showed up unannounced at 8am Monday from out of state with a front crown having fallen out. Without any hesitation or delay, they took me in and took care of resetting the crown. I truly appreciate their understanding and willingness to accommodate me.
