We had a great stay. Loved how well maintained the property was, I loved that staff seemed to always be visible. We appreciated the security presence around the pools as well making sure kids weren’t there unattended.

The staff was great and all the facilities were in excellent shape.

We had a great trip! Our campsite got moved, but I hadn't paid the site lock fee, so I wasn't upset. They offered several things to comp us for the inconvenience, and were so nice about everything.

It is always a great experience when we stay!! The staff is top notch and no one hesitates to ask us if we need anything multiple times while we are there. They have lots of employees that walk around so it is not hard to find someone if we do need assistance.

This was our first time visiting Great Escapes. It was comparable to RV Splash Resort in that they offer activities throughout the day. I do wish there were more hands on activities that were included. Atmosphere and amenities were nice. We enjoyed the pool.

Our Rv site was not clean. There was trash that was obviously from July 4th in the grassy areas and some type of greasy stain on the concrete pad. The water park was worse and because the park failed to clean the algae off wooden walkaways nor put non-skid tape, I fell injuring my leg.

Everything was phenomenal! We called last minute for a late check-in and we got there just a little before 9 PM which is when the office closes. Everyone worked with us over the phone to be able to pick out a spot so they could have everything ready for us! We really enjoyed our stay here and we will be back soon!

Everyone is so helpful lots of activities for the whole family we will definitely be back

We had a blast with all the free events and the pools were a nice escape from the heat
