we loves this campground. we come here atleast once every summer. It is super kid friendly and we love that they give a AWESOME discounted rate to the campers now for the camp ground! the ONLY camplaints we have are 1. the bathhouses at the top of the hill, they need doors for the shower. i had a lady walk in on me while getting out. the shower curtains are awful. 2nd. we were in spot 225, our slide was completely in a bush. opening the window, it was nothing but the bush to look at. AND the swing couldn't even come all the way out due to a tree. we even put driver side slide on our information. we had 0 room for anything. other than those 2 things, it was great. we had an issue with the sight beside us parking a third car in our spot and we were not able to get our bikes to our camper, security handled it great.

The grounds and grounds workers were great! However, the office personnel was rude, everyone there seemed to be an inconvenience, especially for your employee named Sandra. My family, my cousins family, and my Aunt and Uncle all stayed. All had to go into the office and each family was treated so rudely by her. We didn't even go in on the same day. This is 3 separate occasions she behaved this way. She is the only person there who was not as friendly as could be. When my uncle when into the office she was carrying on a conversation with a co-worker (not work related) and she made him wait until she was done talking to even acknowledge his presence. It was appalling really. If not for her, we would give a 5 star rating. This was not a she's having a bad day event. It was not the same day, not the same person she treated this way. All together we rented 2 cabins and 1 RV spot. We WILL be back!! Our new favorite spot!

We didn't explore much but what we did do and see was great. The views are beautiful. The restrooms were all clean and fully stocked. The staff we ran into were friendly and helpful. The only small complaint is kind of my fault, there was no privacy at our site. Now that I've been there I'd choose a different spot. We didn't go to the Waterpark but did enjoy the pool for a bit; it was clean and had more than enough seating. All in all it was a great experience.

Office staff especially Linda was so friendly, and professional !!! Campground, pools and restrooms were so clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back for another visit !!

We love the camp ground it is always clean. We love the activities for the children.

Wonderful experience. There’s not many places that I can just breathe and feel relaxed and this is one of them, the kids have a wonderful time and so do us parents . We are already planning our next visit!

The beds feel springs through them, the park is ran down, rust, water coming through part of the slides and your life guards are liability. They allowed kids go down slides that didn’t cut height level, the slide that require shirts were told he didn’t care if you wore one or not! Your concession stand workers need better customer service. I stood at the window and they looked directly at me and didn’t bother to open the window to say a word to me. Now the gift shop worker had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and the lady who helped with reservations also had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! far as staying again no the beds alone ruined that for me!

Horrible been asking for corpate number still cant get it

I didn't have the option to leave a N/A as we had a family emergency occur just prior to our scheduled trip. However, I still wanted to give 5 stars because the customer service was great!! The staff were all empathetic regarding the circumstances causing us to cancel our trip. With no hesitation, we received a full refund just a couple of days prior to our scheduled check in. Hopefully we will be able to plan another trip next year without any hiccups. I just want to say thank you to the staff and management involved that made this experience great for us, despite us having to cancel last minute. It's hard nowadays to find compassionate people, but I can't say enough about my experience with the great escapes team!
