I didn't have the option to leave a N/A as we had a family emergency occur just prior to our scheduled trip. However, I still wanted to give 5 stars because the customer service was great!! The staff were all empathetic regarding the circumstances causing us to cancel our trip. With no hesitation, we received a full refund just a couple of days prior to our scheduled check in. Hopefully we will be able to plan another trip next year without any hiccups. I just want to say thank you to the staff and management involved that made this experience great for us, despite us having to cancel last minute. It's hard nowadays to find compassionate people, but I can't say enough about my experience with the great escapes team!

Site was easy to pull into and staff is very helpful

Great family experience. Only real negative is the lack of vehicle parking at the activities. Forcing everyone to rent your golf carts or walk is not acceptable.

I came in before my husband, with our 2 daughters and From the very start, the staff escorted us to our campsite and even offered some assistance setting up. They went above and beyond to help and make sure we were situated.

We had a great stay. I will say you need to look at what is posted on Google. We arrived early on check in day because I had seen something online stating we could use the pools, playgrounds activities before check in. We were directed after we drove there that was not the case. The lady I spoke with was direct but could have been nicer. She said we couldnt get our wrist bands until check in at 4. I said so we need to come back and she said yes. Luckily we had not driven 5 hours. Also they started check in before 4 so a hey but we start checking in around 330/345 would have been nice since we were having to drive around killing time. I showed her where I had found the information and her response was anyone can update google.

The one thing that stood out was the friendliness of the employees. The RV sites on the other hand were a bit dissapointing, as they were incredibly close together.Some of the activities for the kids were great. Some were just a rip off. Food offerings were good, but overpriced.The kids loved the Waterpark, but an additional fee of $10 or $15 per child per day was excessive. If your here for a week there should be a bigger discount.

I stayed in C727. The bed needs a fitted rather than flat bottom sheet. Our bottom sheet would not stay on the bed. Floors were dirty.

Enjoyed the camping site and the grandkids had a blast at the waterpark really enjoyed it all the personnel what very helpful and informative as well as kind

Loved loved loved our stay. So much to do. Loved planned activities with the kids.
