We had a great time and will be returning

Well, it started a little rough with someone letting me in the wrong entrance and security had a hissy fit but after I explained what happened, they understood because this was our first time here and knew nothing about how check was done. Long story short. Linda. So fantastic! And we could not have asked for a nicer lady, come to find out she lives here space 826 the grandkids found her while riding their bikes and told us and she was a world full of information of the area and the Campground much better than the little paperwork package they give you.So without a doubt, we will be back and hopefully Linda will be here but to be fair. All the employees were just super nice and friendly but scale the one to 10. Linda was a 10 1/2. We had a great time. Would be nice for some discounts on the activities like golf carts. lol

We were so excited for this trip and honestly were very disappointed.1. There is no way around the park if you do not ride a bike or golf cart because of the very narrow roadways and one way roads that only vehicles have to adhere to. The only way around the park in a vehicle is to leave and come back in the main entrance.2. If you rent a golf cart, be aware you will really have it one less day than expected. For example, if you rent one for two days, you may pick it up at 9am and must have it back by 11am the following day.3. The workers were so upbeat and positive with all of our kiddos, with the exception of the front entrance employee. She was very rude and not the best welcome.4. Unlike most RV resorts we have stayed at the “water park” is not included and is open to the general public.5. “Quiet time” is not policed at all. You will hear loud neighbors and smell marijuana until 1am.6. There are several stray dogs that will wander the park that the employees are aware of and know by name. They got into fights with other dogs that were leashed.7. The employees do a great job of going around multiple times on the carts to pick up trash at the sites. However, the putt putt golf needed some serious attention and the sites should be mowed.8. The shower rooms do not have doors, only a screen so there is no way to ensure privacy or protection.9. There are many conflicting statements. Our paperwork once checked in online stated check in was not until 4PM, for a RV site. I called and she told me the earliest we could check in would be 2PM. However, once we arrived and received our packet, it states check in is 1PM.Overall, we had a fun time but there were many negatives that put a damper on our trip, as well as reconsider future trips here.
