The staff is friendly, the grounds are kept clean. They plan lots of activities. It is a fun family friendly place, but also somewhere that can be enjoyed without children.

Avg hospitality upon reception and nothing exciting.

Customer service staff were terrible and very rude.The reservation system is awful. We went online and booked 2 sites side by side (shown on wedsite)paid for them with the same credit card, same dates, everything the same. We were family going to spend the 4th of July together. We get there and our sites are 100 sites apart from each other. That’s just very bad. We had food together and sharing a golf cart together but yet we were not together. The women at the check-in office were very rude when we went to ask about it. They did not care at all. This will probably be the last time here for this reason .

This was our fist time staying here. We really enjoyed it .Have a lot of stuff for the kids to do my grandkids had a blast . The staff was friendly and helpful.

We came for the 250th Independence Day weekend and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. The fireworks show was hands down the best I've ever had the privilege of attending; the band was great and the place was packed. Everyone looked to be enjoying themselves but it still felt very safe.My ONLY complaint is that I did not know they don't offer shade at the pools or the water park, which seems like insanity to me. 100 degree heat and concrete, tough to be out in without shade. I wasn't able to enjoy the pool or water park with my wife and son because of this, but I suppose it's my fault for not checking before hand and bringing my own umbrella.Also, do yourself a favor and rent the golf cart. The place is huge and you're going to need it.

The ADA cabin was great. It needs more shelves by the bathroom sink and a rail between the sink and commode. Some handicapped people need to push themselves up from the commode.

We enjoyed our stay for the 4th of July weekend. Lots of activities and things to do for adults and kids in our group.
