The staff and office building are very nice. The grounds and pool areas- especially the water slides need some major maintenance. The ground in water park is not even painted and clean. We have been coming here for 20 years and no extra maintenance is being done for the prices we pay.

Check in had some hiccups. They had me pending in one site but confirmed in another, I guess because I had been looking at different sites before booking. Ordered pizza. It took a very long time then was given to another family so had to wait longer. Food truck on Sunday opened late and couldn't provide any coffee . I was surprised no one was open before 9. Seemed understaffed or something but my first time to stay during the busy season .

I can’t say enough good things about the new changes at Great Escapes in Perrin! My dad was having an issue with his motor home, and the staff (Jenna, Iya, and Teresa) went above and beyond to help us. It is getting to be a rare thing these days to find employees who genuinely care about great customer service but you will find that here! The park alone has had many upgrades and improvements, but the staff really makes this a place we will return to again and again. Thank you ladies, again! ❤️

There were a few hiccups in your park this weekend but it was okay. Just expected top notch park for your high rates.

Great campground, very peaceful, my grandkids love it there. Lots of things for them to do.

Boring & lame. We were not allowed to ride our e-bikes which made it difficult to get around.

Our stay was very enjoyable! We had family time, peace and quiet from the world (no cell service), and there was something to do for all ages. We will definitely be back and we are bringing more family!!
