Had quite a few little issues. Staff was very friendly and we had a really nice time. We were expecting a little more for the price

Great thing to do

There was no fire pits at the camp site.Picnic table has rotten wood on it.Pool was not clean very cloudy.Trash cans were full all weekend at camp site.Putt putt only had kid clubs to play with and you have to go to the activity center to get them and there was wild trees growing in all the flower beds on the course there is no up keep of the course dead trees on the ground at the course that have been there for a long timeVolleyball net was torn up.Some stuff at the water park didn't work.Check in at 4 pm is a late time to check in your first day is pretty much over by the time you get there and set up you pay for two days and only get part of two days because check out is 11am

Our family had a great time although there were several attention to detail issues. There was no dish soap in the clubhouse or hand soap in our cabin. The WiFi and cable TV didn’t work at all although the very nice maintenance/tech employee tried to fix the issues.The club house was not very clean. The floors were dirty and there were many dead crickets and bugs on the floor in several places. There seems to be a disconnect on communication. We had several issues beginning from when we booked several months out to the actual weekend stay.Teresa the manager and her daughter were outstanding and very kind. The property was in much better shape than it was when we first booked all the cabins and clubhouse.There were so many things for the kids to do including scheduled activities and that was great.Overall our family had a wonderful time and will definitely consider coming back in the future.Kind regards.

We have a great time Everytime at Great Escapes. one complaint we would have is all the water features in the splash pad did not work.

This was the most well kept and well maintained we have seen this park since we've been coming here the last 4 or 5 years! Grass was nice, wibbit was in great shape, the bathrooms spotless, and the staff was all terrific!

Our family, especially the kids, had a great time during our stay at Great Escapes. There were plenty of activities for the kids to do. We cannot wait to go back!

My stay was good and the cabin was nice. My main concern is the experience I had leading up to the stay. In order to book we had to call which normally isn’t a problem, but I had to call several times because each time I called I was given different information. First I was charged for holiday pricing when I wasn’t even staying over the holiday, then I was told I could pay my remaining balance when I checked in just to find out it had to be paid a month before check in. Overall the stay was good and had nice amenities, like the pool, but there was things that were closed or nobody was operating them.

We have stayed at this resort times and this time has been the most unimpressive time. The kids water park was run down. None of the water squirters attached to the play system worked. There was water carousel that wasn’t working. The paint on the ground was all chipped and had rubber seal that was coming up off the ground. I would have expected to have maintenance over the winter to the water park. The wibit was fun, but the cost was not included in the stay. We were told our family could sit and watch without paying, so we missed out on getting pictures of the ones of us on the course. Mini golf was over grown and you had to walk across the park to get the equipment. Our site was right next to the next camper, packed in like sardines. Our view was their septic and electrical. Picnic tables were broken. No fire pits. We were too afraid to use the grill with how close it was to the campers. From times before it felt like staff was frazzled and the park upkeep isn’t happening.

Had a great family reunion there and had lots of fun. There was lots of activities to do and plenty of room at the pools. Lots of open space and a fun place to ride bikes around. We will definitely be back to visit.
