We have loved coming to Great Escapes for years. It has been a couple years since our last visit and it did not seem the same. Much less cleanly, schedule of events for kids not followed all the time, items out of service or not working, etc. The water park, several items were out of service and the food shack was not open on saturday of Fathers day weekend. Also, the food truck it was advertised donuts on sunday and they were not there when we went at the time it said and when they did open they ran out of donuts quickly. Overall the grounds were not maintained as well as they used to be including the bathrooms. The bathrooms were never cleaned at all on Saturday which was a very busy day. Our golf cart was rented and never kept a charge, we could not even get around the park without it going from full to 1 bar. We tried to switch it out but there were no others to switch with. Overall staff was friendly and our kids still enjoyed it, just not as great as previous years.

We were doing Family Vacay with our children and grandchildren. There was so much to do and everyone enjoyed it. My only complaint was maintenance. Broken picnic tables that could not be used need to be replaced. More attention to weed control and mini golf needs to be maintained and blown off daily. It is a spectacular place it just needs some attention.

Totally unorganized, from check in to check out! Staff lazy, no help at all at activity’s, lifeguards on Wibit no aware of anything and certainly was not watching the kids, cafe, not supplied, etc… I could go on and on!!

Very un organized . The girls in the activity stayed on their phone , we had to do our own stuff. Even stuff our animals we bought.When on the weibit. i had 3 16 year old on it, They had their had down on crossed arms and playing on their phone. I was not HAPPY!

We loved it but I still have not gotten my refund owed to me yet so kinda not happy about that

You could use some updating on some things like the old campsites across from restrooms & I was very sad to see that the little putt putt golf had not been updated & was in very bad shape.

We came during the week and because not many people were there the activities were scarce and the girls working in the event center were not very helpful. The event coordinator did overhear me tell my grandson that I guess they were not going to do the foam event and she tracked me down and said that the girl in the center did not know they had the foam stuff. We tried to go to some of the other scheduled events and again the girls were not helpful at all. There were someone's kids that worked there that were running around the event center chasing each other and throwing balls at each other as we were trying to paint ceramics. As much as everything costs there I would think it should be a better experience. When we were painting ceramics almost all of the paints were empty while the staff just stood behind the desks doing nothing. Splash Pad was great and the kids loved it but the overall park was run down and not well maintained. Dog park grass was 12 inches high when we arrived and you could not even take your dog in. I did say something to the front desk and they had it mowed that day. The grass under our picnic table was really high like they did not move it when they mowed last. Overall the kids had a good time but just need some maintenance and long employees better trained.

We love everything about great escapes we come here every year for my granddaughters birthday she turned 4 this year

We had a great time with our kid and friends. Suggest re-painting the splash pool floor. Water level seemed a little low. Overall, we had a great time.
