No planning, no supplies, horrible attitudes, cancelled most events. Will not return to this venue.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The area was clean as well as our cottage. It was fun for the kids and adults alike. So much to do there. I have already told several people about how fun it is there.

It was an ok experience. We’ve been before and I think the last time was better. Our cozy cottage had a broken window, the AC had broken parts, and the coffee pot was missing the entire basket to put coffee in. We went to get ice cream in the main office but were told we had to wait because the girl working was making pizza (a larger order) and couldn’t do ice cream as well. That wasn’t her fault and we in fact did wait but clearly understaffed. The signs on the pool say closed at dark yet both days we were there the pools were closed early. In fact, one day we went and asked the staff at the pool why it was closed and basically were told, sorry it’s closed despite the sign saying otherwise. On two attempts, we asked two different staff members where we signed up for things and were told they didn’t know. Also, the prices ($10 laser tag) are a little high for activities that are included at other resorts similar. Also, when we signed up for laser tag, we had to wait over 30 minutes for staff to get the equipment set up which is fine but staff became frustrated with the kids running around the activity center while preparing the equipment. Kinda confused what you expected them to do when they are excited for laser tag and amped up. We will come back but was disappointed this time.

Theresa GM needs to be fired! Her daughter and husband were accommodating and fixed the errors that accured were sent to two cabins first was dirty second was occupied final got into third cabin that daughter and father upgraded at no charge and no charge for early check-in then we had a problem with golf cart and had to get another one when I went to front desk daughter and father were not there and so they called Theresa GM who is the mother was rude, abrupt, asked why early check-in why upgrade, why not charged and told her we are not here to debate that’s between you and your daughter and husband they made that decision! So when we checked out none of them were around and we checked out with someone else snd demanded that we pay early check-in and pay up-grade from Theresa or would not be welcome back! Theresa needs to be fired!! Did this in front of everyone !! Never come back while she is there!

We were busy outside the park with grand kids’ baseball games but the one day we swam and played at the splash pad and pool, there were certain things I noticed. Several items were broken and needed repair like the squirters, the splashers, etc. There were people there without wrist bands in the pools and at the pad. The last 24 hours we were there the water had no pressure. We had to wait and fill our tank to then use the water to shower and clean up. This was a big inconvenience. When we booked we were not given any senior discount. That was wrong. The other campers were friendly and made the stay worth the stay.

Check in was really great but this is it. The park is so ran down. Fishing was advertised as an option but the fire ants were out of control!!!! All of my grandchildren were bitten while trying to fish. The “fishing hole” has so much growth you cannot cast without your hook being caught up in the weeds/seaweed. The pools were all dirty. You could write an essay in the dirt on the pool tile. The splash area needs resurfacing (safety) and many of the water options do not work. We left a day early. Definitely a little disappointing.

None of the water guns were working at the Waterpark. Water pressure was extremely low a few times. Just needed some maintenence.Loved the concert.We will come back.

Fun place - could be better taken care of. Grass overgrown at dog park, splash pad showing signs of wear, paints at activity center mostly empty or dried up.

Kind of a pricey weekend for not very many things on the waterpark working. Also paid extra for a cabana at the waterpark but no where did it have a reserved sign and people took it when we went back to the camper for a bit. Personally not impressed with the last few times we have been there. Close to home but probably won’t come back unless things change.
