We have been staying since before it became Great Escapes. We have watch it grow from an RV park into the RV Resort it is today. This place is an absolute great place to bring the kids. There is a lot of programming for the little ones and plenty to do for the older ones. Great staff that really work their rear ends off. Teresa and her husband are doing a great job. Special shout out and thank you to Jeff the head of maintenance there, that man is a beast! Everytime you turn around he is working on something or cleaning or making sure that that the kids get safely around the park on the hayride. So if you see Jeff tell him thanks for ALL he does around there! THANKS JEFF!

Low water pressure at rv sites, water was low at the splash area and painted plaster was flaking, no trash bags at the splash area trash can. Multiple workers saying they are understaffed, Biscuit mascot not showing up at scheduled times. 4pm check in time to make sure sites are clean when we found trash and dog poop at our site when pulling in.

.y experience was not good this year but not due to yall I have been having drastic anxiety issues being unable to socialize but the family had a great time.

Amazing helpful staff. Friday evening my tire was low on golf cart they up graded me. Clubhouse mix up but they upgraded us. They are quick to fix. We have our reunion here for the past three years. Have booked for next year. Our kiddos love all the activities and parades. Thank you for caring for my family.

It was fun but definitely not the best it has been. I would say 90% of the things in the splash pad/water park area did not work. And there was not nearly enough water in it. The activities planned throughout the day are nice, but the staff were very lackadaisical. We went for the slip n slide, the young girls said “oh the hose leaked, we aren’t doing it”. They weren’t much help with the build a bear either. Didn’t really seem like they cared to be of assistance.

Great fun for family/kids

Short stay in a cabin over the weekend. Was greeted at check-in and was informed of all amenities and guidance of area. Cabin was clean and provided everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and will return .

We had a great time. We could tell the improvements over the last management. Y’all went above and beyond to ensure the activities ran smoothly and accommodated for the few hours of poor weather.

The staff was very pleasant and would go out of their way to accommodate your need.
