Our family, especially the kids, had a great time during our stay at Great Escapes. There were plenty of activities for the kids to do. We cannot wait to go back!

My stay was good and the cabin was nice. My main concern is the experience I had leading up to the stay. In order to book we had to call which normally isn’t a problem, but I had to call several times because each time I called I was given different information. First I was charged for holiday pricing when I wasn’t even staying over the holiday, then I was told I could pay my remaining balance when I checked in just to find out it had to be paid a month before check in. Overall the stay was good and had nice amenities, like the pool, but there was things that were closed or nobody was operating them.

We have stayed at this resort times and this time has been the most unimpressive time. The kids water park was run down. None of the water squirters attached to the play system worked. There was water carousel that wasn’t working. The paint on the ground was all chipped and had rubber seal that was coming up off the ground. I would have expected to have maintenance over the winter to the water park. The wibit was fun, but the cost was not included in the stay. We were told our family could sit and watch without paying, so we missed out on getting pictures of the ones of us on the course. Mini golf was over grown and you had to walk across the park to get the equipment. Our site was right next to the next camper, packed in like sardines. Our view was their septic and electrical. Picnic tables were broken. No fire pits. We were too afraid to use the grill with how close it was to the campers. From times before it felt like staff was frazzled and the park upkeep isn’t happening.

Had a great family reunion there and had lots of fun. There was lots of activities to do and plenty of room at the pools. Lots of open space and a fun place to ride bikes around. We will definitely be back to visit.

This was our 5 year going and we have noticed the place has really gone downhill in the last 2 years.

We had a good time. We were expecting a little more for the amount we paid. Our A/c froze up so we woke up to everything we Han in and on the cabinets soaked we had no propane for the stove until the second day. Other than that it’s a beautiful place the staff was very nice and helpful. Cost was way to high especially for the problems we had

Wonderful experience! The kids enjoyed the swimming pools and the golf course. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many went out of their way to help. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Great stay overall. Waterpark, activities for kids and live music! Only place for improvement is they need more food and beverage (including alcohol) at waterpark and cafe.
