Exceptional service from start to finish with the staff at Greenbrier Mitsubishi

Customer service was AMAZING.

I think my experience with the facility and the people and my advisor has always been exceptional.Everyone here is friendly and they all deniably care about their customers.

The person communicated was very helpful. New furniture in the waiting area would be nice. More things in kids corner that would be fun to do while waiting.The person I communicate with was helpful and polite.

Friendly staff, great service . Nice clean atmosphere. Other staff eager to help. I only received one key which was defective. They attempted to charge me $570. for a second one. I was promised a second key by the salesman, get things in writing. When I returned to get a replacement key for the one that didn’t work the service department did 2 recalls.
