The hood was not shut securely.Double check vehicle make sure everything is in orderI very good on the service. Only reason I gave a 9 one of the service technicians forgot to shut my hood securely.

Took too long... just had window vent shades placed & it took 2 hours.

It was hot, not much air conditioning, need a little more signs .windiw shading made it hard to see where to goFriendly and informative

Good customer service

Seating was adequate and although the waiting area and toilets were clean they look old and need to be updated with new decor, new tables and chairs etc. Spruce the place up and not have it look and feel like an old dentist waiting room.The guys and service were great but changes as mentioned would enhance the experience. Thanks.
