The sales experience was great.We are very frustrated with the Mitsubishi Connect app.We have not been able to use the app for any functions.We have called and were told we would receive an email providing more help, but have yet to be contacted.The Service Department at Gregory is also trying to help resolve this issueEveryone was very friendly and helpful.

I assumed a ‘4’ rating was satisfied.Had to keep overnight for ordered part, resulting in alternate arrangements to get to work next day. Not a huge issue but unexpected.Computer was acting up and not including coupon discount.All in all, service was good and as expected. It was unforeseen that a part broke during procedure which resulted in overnight order, but s**t happens.

Easy communication with my sales man Kaiden, brought the vehicle to my location so I can see it and test drive it. Took the time to show me the functions of my vehicle and was polite and didn't rush through the process of transferring items from my trade in and listened to all my questions. Was not pushy!

I only take my outlander to Gregory Mitsubishi for service. Mark and service is terrific. He always checks every box..Mark in-service is so accommodating.
