The representative did a wonderful job in welcoming you and making you aware of the expected wait time. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Making snacks, water, and coffee available along with entertainment. I wish I caught the gentleman name who walked in to point out the amenities available, very welcoming. The wait time passed by quickly with the available comfortability you loose track of time.

just guessing at some of this like WIFI present. TV was good enough, coffee nice, candy machine available, soothing music background.i was told car detailer was not in and detailing required an appt. I was a little bothered I did not get a wash and vacuum at least having spent $300. Gentleman told me if I was in the area to stop in for a cleaning. I don't know if he meant a $165 detailing or just a wash and sweep like everybody does for free. Need to win the lottery before I'd pay 165 clams to have my car cleaned.I'll be back. I want Mitsubishi experienced mechanics. Wait for service completion and drive from Vernon Hills do not out weigh the benefits or bother me enough to stop coming.its a bit of a drive for people I know and none drive Mitsubishi vehicles.
