Good area, good neighbours and when repairs are needed Westcorp has someone asap

Griesbach staff are always friendly and proactive from Lisa completing the submission for repair to the staff members who complete the repairs for us. The maintenance staff member arrived clean, was kind to take off his footwear without request, ask if there is anything else they can take care of while in the unit and clean up the repair area before they leave. Due to the proactive nature of the staff, we rarely request repairs and are more than happy to work with the Griesbach team to make sure our community is safe and well cared for.

Griesbach Community is a beautiful, safe, quiet community.

This is a nice community. Whenever we have needed something done in the house it’s been done quickly. The upkeep outside has been great as well.
