Security is worse than before. Landscaping company is get worse they have staff that doesn't care about residents stuff and only does half the job. Snow removal is bad every year I keep the drain in front of my place clear from snow blockage so in the spring it does not flood the end of my driveway causing the asphalt to decintagratebut snow removal guys keep packing all the snow on it. Also westcorp needs to hold more residents accountable for shoveling their driveways and sidewalks I know neighbors who have not touched a shovel all winter.

I love the Griesbach area. I love all the trails. I’m a fitness guy so I love running up that hill and around the lake with the fitness stations. I like the proximity to good shopping like that area by Shoppers. And the staff at the rental office have been great.

On christmas eve they came out within the hour after calling to unplug drain to allow me to use kitchen sinks. With a smile and very pleasant chatter job was compleded after a couple hours of hard work. No complaints here just gratitude for job well done. Thank you
