The salesman, Mark Tardie had the paperwork ready when we walked in. He helped sync my phone to the car. Called my insurance company for me. Made sure we were aware of all perks from buying the new car. He was very personable and I enjoyed working with him. Great salesman and an asset to Griffeth Ford.knowledgeable and helpful salesman.

N/ADidn't call before returning the vehicle to say they didn't find my issue. It was because they misunderstood the issue.Do they not wash it in the winter?

Jamie and the guys there went above and beyond to accommodate. I needed new tires and they were great at recommending the ones I needed. They picked up and returned my vehicle since I had a health issue. I love that they wash the vehicle every time they service it!
