I had a unit there for 15 years and everything about the experience, including Pardsley, the manager, was excellent

My rent has almost doubled in four years. I tried to get it reduced, since online it’s renting for less than what I started paying. The lady there was most unhelpful. So I’m moving to a storage unit half the size of my current unit. We had two large storage units there for more than 20 years without such rent increases. Richard Graham was most helpful in keeping me at Guardian and letting me change units. He should be the manager there. Out of state owners obviously done care about keeping tenants. Richard does care.

Easy to reserve and get moved in with a rep over the phone. My unit was not the easiest to find so maybe providing a map through email upon “moving in” online would be helpful.

I’m down sizing because you have almost doubled my rent since I rented. Robert was a complete pleasure to work with. MUCH better than a woman I spoke with about my rent going up every nine months. I hope to stay with a unit half the size. Had a very strange call from Guardian today. Man said he rented my unit and I couldn’t have the unit I plan to move to. I went to the office and everyone denied calling me. I hope I get to keep the unit I’ve already paid for.

The indoor facility is clean with ample room. The folks I spoke to on the phone were professional and quickly gave me the information requested.
