Very informative and helpful

Eric, Beverly and the other Eric are very helpful. Only issue is that the place is infested with large roaches. They are all over the halls, some alive and some dead. I find them inside my storage unit which is not good! A massive fumigation should be done to control this. I have had other ground floor units before and still did not have this problem with roaches. Also would prefer access until 10pm. It is hard to come after work and have dinner then make the 9 pm cut off for access.

I have rented two spaces at Guardian and both times I have experienced excellent customer service with the rental process. The facility is well-lit, a comfortable temperature, and always clean. Access to my storage space is easy and feels safe. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent storage space.
