Had to wait a bit long for the office to be open. And I was initially charged incorrectly from my quote. But Eric was very friendly and gave me a tour, showing me a few other options in my reservation category. He also corrected the incorrect charge. Overall a very positive experience!

Still very early to comment as I have not received my first shipment yet. I have only just rented the space.

i had to rent storage space on short notice - Eric was fabulous at helping me establish storage. Then i needed to add more space, so he got me 2 additional spaces. Then our moving trucks were stolen and i had to cancel 2 of the spaces. So Eric did and applied the remainder of the fees to my one storage unit. Then the police found one of the trucks with some partial contents, and i needed to rent another space. This place is clean, indoors, has great accommodations for loading/unloading, and staff are just great to work with.

Great - easy to get in and out especially the location of my unit. I was very happy and just had "weeded" out more items and no longer need the unit. Great place and highly recommend.

They truly were amazing. I am new to moving a travel trailer. Mine is a bit stubborn as well when it comes to backing up. They helped me and worked with me on a space for my unit. made sure it was something that would make ME happy. They were beyond helpful and made it stress free for me.
