Always clean and felt very safe at the facility in Chamblee.

I did have a hard time finding my unit at first and I cannot find the light switch for my unit. But everything else is great.

Great trust in my things being safe and secured. The only negative is the huge upcharge. Monthly bill went from 90 a month to 155 a month.

Only issue I have is with your ONLINE and in-person rental diffrence. I was encouraged to rent in-person at a much HIGHER RATE. I insisted I see a better rate online, I was told this choice will be very UNDESIRABLE, INCONVENIENT. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!! The Store Manager probably has certain "SALES GOALS" to meet?? New customer should be able to choose his location preference ONLINE at reasonable rate. Also, I must mention ERIC and BEVERLY, they are EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. They try to offer best choice possible.

The staff is friendly and professional and give outstanding service. The facility is clean and safe.

Everything is very positive except the fact that every year the prices go up!
