Every time something breaks or goes wrong, Guide has been very kind and responsive to any issues. When I accidently missed the cut off to renew my lease, they understood and allowed me to renew without any issues and have been very communicative throughout the time that we've lived here.

Living here is pleasant, I wish the grounds were kept cleaner as my parking spot is next to the garbage cans
