This has been the smoothest transition to a new apartment that I have ever experienced.

Christian is kind personable energetic and knows his stuff. He had all the details and was extremely clear while being his unique self. Me and my partner are so happy to live at Clairemont.

You guys were really nice. I appreciate how clean the building was kept! Thanks for an awesome year!

Given the great location, I understand why rent is rather high. However, it seems like maintenance issues are never-ending around the building. The front gate breaks at least once a month, if not more. We've had numerous issues with heat and hot water, as well as more than one flood in our bathroom due to faulty pipes. I know it's an old building and these things happen, but it would be nice to have preventative updates and maintenance done to avoid some of this.

Brittany was very professional and helpful. I was out of the country when a friend viewed the apartment for me and got the process going. Brittany answered the many questions I had because I was renting without seeing the unit myself. She was patient and responded quickly. I appreciate that!

Always quick to respond to service requests. The maintenance techs and property managers are all so friendly and easy going. I just wish the landscaping was a little more closely maintained.

The transition to a new management company has had it's challenges. We are settling in and getting used to the way that Guide does things.. The renovated apartments are nice and updated. The raise in the rent was hard. We not only got an increase in rent but also had to start paying for insurance, that does not even cover our stuff and for water sewer and garbage. This was an increase for me of about $273. That was very hard to adjust to.

Coming from a different city I was not used to having building maintenence actually maintain the building I rent in. It's nice to not have to worry about appliances breaking, etc, because I know they are on it.
