My maintenance requests are all complete. Took longer than i hoped & was difficult getting the schedule updates thru Maint. group; but thanks to prop. mgmt. they were completed. Would be very helpful if Maintenance would call or text me with an approx date/time before showing up to make repairs.

I already sent my comments about the two different Maintenance men that fixed my problems in the Bathroom-- they were both nice and took care of the problems I had. Sorry I didn't ask there names They didn't leave a mess very tidy and Pleasant.

For the most part, renting with Guide Property Management has been great! However, in our last apartment (also managed by Guide PM) communication between tenant and property manager was difficult, especially with maintenance issues - and we never got our security deposit back despite reaching out to the property manager multiple times.

If this survey is in regard to my request to fix my blinds and replace my kitchen light, my blinds and light were replaced in a timely manner. The survey request however was sent over a month later and there is not a mention of the specific reason.

The person who came to fix our screen door was great. He was super friendly, did the job quickly and efficiently. Would definitely give him 5 stars! The only feedback I have is that it took a few weeks after our request for it to be processed (not a huge deal in this case since it wasn’t an urgent issue) and that we had no idea when the person was arriving. We were not notified before he just showed up. During the pandemic it was largely fine since we are always home, but it would have been nice to be notified in advance so we were expecting him.

Andy is amazing. By far one of the most respectful, hardworking building managers I have ever dealt with. He addresses my concerns or questions in a very professional, fast and efficient matter, he makes me feel like a valued tenant. Very easy to get ahold of. I appreciate all the hardwork he has done and you can tell we have improved tremendously. Maintenance is top notch. As soon as I place a request it gets handled no more than 24hrs. The gentleman is so well mannered and does his job very well. Thank you guys- it is because of you I will stay residing here for a couple more years. Your customer service is exceptional.

I love living here! Haven't had any issues so far, and I love the space and layout. I don't want to leave for a long time!
