Fantastic work, outstanding customer service, this is what makes the building so enjoyable to live in.

Everything about the process was fast and easy. Guide Property Services was quick to contact me and schedule a viewing. After seeing the place (and loving it), Guide promptly sent a text with a link to the application form for me to fill out if I wanted to move forward. The application was straightforward and I didn't have to wait long to see if I got the apartment unit; the communication with them has been great. I'm very satisfied with the experience so far!

Overall I am happy with the apartment. I wish the listing was more accurate because they posted pictures of Apt 202 of the complex while the actual listing was for Apt 203. I was mislead on what I would be getting. Also I wish that the apartment's carpet was shampooed before I came, since the previous resident had both a cat and dog and seemed to never vacuum.

Lack in communication.

We are going on three years and really have no complaints our unite has not been updated but everything has worked out ok-- my older little Chihuahua loves the back deck and so do I. With the Pandemic we have put looking on hold for awhile for buying as everything is so expensive So really no complaints from my Son Jacob or myself. Another plus is that my Son works in Ballard so it is close for him

The couple of times I’ve had inquiries and/or minor issues that needed to be addressed, they were remedied quickly and professionally.

We enjoyed being tenants when your company managed our building. We are sad the management has been transferred to a different company, and we hope they do as good a job of managing and responding to maintenance issues as Guide PM did. I would recommend Guide as a PM company. Thanks!

The quality of some of the work done during the refurbishing of the apartments is at little sub par, for instance the framing around the window and sliding door leaks and collects moisture, the door to the refrigerator and the dry are backward. The door frame around the door looks like it did not get painted. With that said, none of these things are big issues and I am sure the would be resolved with a maintenance request. I really do like living here in my cozy apartment.

Guide really makes it easy as a renter with the online pay, great property management and building engineer staff. Love it!
